Food and Beverage Booking Conditions
To avoid disappointment, it is always advisable to make a booking for one of our restaurants. Reservations can be made directly with us by phone on 020 3668 6530 or email to email@example.com. Furthermore, guests can reserve through third website such as Opentable or Bookatable.

Please inform us about any special dietary requirements or request for special occasions at the time of the booking.
The Oval and Jazz lounge restaurants will confirm your reservation by email. We kindly request you to keep to the table time requested. In case you are unavoidably late, please contact us as we only be in a position to hold your table for 30 minutes.
Please note that our return time for Afternoon tea is two hours from the time the table is reserved.
The Wellesley is a boutique hotel with a limited number of seats available in our restaurants. Credit/debit card details are required at the time of the booking. Guests who wish to cancel or rearrange a reservation are required to give 48 hours’ notice prior to arrival. For cancellations within less than 48 hours’ notice, we will charge £35 per person on regular days.
